OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
NOMINATING RON PH II S AS A CANDIDATE
TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE COLORADO MUNICIPAL LEAGUE
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is a member-city of the Colorado Municipal League;
and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to endorse a candidate for continued service for the upcoming
election to the Executive Board of the Colorado Municipal League; and
WHEREAS,Ron Phillips has served very ably on the Colorado Municipal League Executive
Board for the past eight years representing municipalities over 65,000 population; and
WHEREAS,Ron Phillips is a past President of the Colorado Municipal League Executive
Board; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City believes that Ron Phillips would again be an excellent
candidate for the Executive Board of the Colorado Municipal League.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Council formally endorses and nominates Ron Phillips as a candidate for re-
election to the Executive Board of the Colorado Municipal League.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this
2nd day of March, A.D. 2004.
