OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS AND LARIMER COUNTY CONCERNING
THE APPRAISAL OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN
THE FORT COLLINS/LOVELAND CORRIDOR AREA
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County have participated
in the Corridor Task Force and have jointly commissioned a preliminary
appraisal of properties in the Fort Collins/Loveland corridor area; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the City of Loveland and Larimer County, the
City of Fort Collins has contracted with the firm of Bowes and Company of
Denver, Colorado, to develop the preliminary appraisal ; and
WHEREAS, the three governmental entities have agreed to pay equal
shares of the estimated Fifteen Thousand Dollar ($15,000.00) cost of the
appraisal .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter into an
Intergovernmental Agreement for the receipt of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) or one-third of the amount paid to the Appraiser (if less)
from Larimer County.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of Janqu�ary, 1985.
