OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ISSUING TO ANHEUSER-BUSCH, INC. , A PERMIT
TO CROSS MOUNTAIN VISTA DRIVE (COUNTY ROAD 50)
WITH TWO WASTEWATER EFFLUENT LINES
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of the Anheuser-Busch
brewery, Anheuser-Busch must construct a process waste effluent line and a
sanitary sewer service line across Mountain Vista Drive (County Road 50) ;
and
WHEREAS, Mountain Vista Drive is a public street within the
jurisdiction of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter and Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, the Council may authorize such crossing by permit; and
WHEREAS, the Council does hereby find that the issuance of said permit
is in the best interests of the protection of the public health, safety and
welfare of the City of Fort Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a
permit, permitting Anheuser-Busch, Inc. the right to cross Mountain Vista
Drive with a process waste effluent line and a sanitary sewer service line
at such locations as are specifically set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B" of
the said permit, and upon the terms and conditions as are contained
therein.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 6th day of May, A.D. 1986.
