OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ENDORSING LARIMER COUNTY'S INTENTION TO ISSUE
MULTI-FAMILY REVENUE BONDS
FOR WHEELER MANAGEMENT GROUP, LTD.
WHEREAS, the Larimer County Commissioners adopted Larimer County
Resolution No. 86-70, setting forth their intention to issue Multi-Family
Revenue Housing Bonds for Wheeler Management Group, Ltd. ; and
WHEREAS, the project consists of the acquisition and development of
land and the construction and equipping of a project in the City of Fort
Collins for the elderly designed to provide, in part, housing for low and
moderate income residents within the City; and
WHEREAS, the project is located within the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, the housing portion of the project will be managed by the
Fort Collins Housing Authority and is endorsed by the Housing Authority;
and
WHEREAS, the project is located within the boundaries of t` ;owntown
Development Authority and is endorsed by the Downtown L_:elopment
Authority; and
WHEREAS, the project meets or exceeds all of the applicable
requirements of the City of Fort Collins for the issuance of Multi-Family
Revenue Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to encourage the County Commissioners
to issue Multi-Family Revenue Housing Bonds for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Council of the City of Fort Collins hereby endorses
the intention of the Larimer County Commissioners to issue Multi-Family
Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,100,000 for Wheeler Management
Group, Ltd. , with the conditions contained in the Anderson & Whitney
report.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of July, A.D. 1986.
