OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO STATE ALLOCATION FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF QUALIFIED MORTGAGE BONDS DURING 1986
WHEREAS, on June 18, 1985 the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the
"City") adopted Bond Ordinance No. 69, 1985 authorizing the issuance of
SCORE Loan Revenue Bonds, Series 1985A, of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado in a principal amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00 (the "Bonds") ;
and
WHEREAS, under Bond Ordinance No. 69, 1985 some of the Bonds may be
issued from May 1, 1986 to September 30, 1986; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §29-4-801 et. seq. the City must obtain a
separate state allocation in order to issue some of these Bonds during that
period; and
WHEREAS, the City must officially indicate its intent to issue such
Bonds in order to obtain the state allocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO:
1. Pursuant to Bond Ordinance No. 69, 1985 of the City, the City
affirms its intent to issue qualified mortgage bonds during the period from
May 1, 1986 to and including September 30, 1986.
2. The City hereby notifies the State Director of Housing of the
Division of Housing in the Department of Local Affairs of the State of
Colorado of such intent so that it may retain its allocation during that
time period.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
17th day of September, A.D. 1985.
