OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RENEWAL RIDER
FOR UNION PACIFIC AGREEMENT CD32739-K
WHEREAS, Union Pacific Railroad Company has tendered to the City of
Fort Collins, State of Colorado, an addendum to agreement covering a power
line on and across right-of-way and over the tracks at Fort Collins ,
Colorado, such agreement being identified in the records of the Railroad
Company as its C.D. No. 32739-K; and
WHEREAS, the Council of said City has said proposed agreement before
it and has given it careful consideration; and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interests of said City will be
subserved by the acceptance of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, STATE OF COLORADO:
Section 1 . That the terms of the agreement submitted by Union Pacific
Railroad Company as aforesaid be, and the same are hereby, accepted in
behalf of said City; and
Section 2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized, em-
powered, and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of said City,
and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and directed to
attest said agreement and to attach to each duplicate original of said
agreement a certified copy of this resolution.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
19th day of February, A.D. 1985.
