OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMITS WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 200 ACRE-FOOT UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to purchase 200 units of CBT
water to help meet future water demands; and
WHEREAS, the City has funds available from its water rights reserve
fund for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, D. J. Music has agreed to provide 200 units of CBT water to
the City; and
WHEREAS, said transfer can be accomplished through the issuance of a
Temporary Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Temporary Use Permits granted by the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District for a total of two hundred (200) acre-foot units of
CBT water for the use of the City be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 4th day of June, A.D. 1985.
