OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
STATING THE INTENT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTY AND INITIATING
ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS FOR SUCH PROPERTY TO BE KNOWN AS
THE FORT COLLINS BUSINESS CENTER 2ND ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described has, for a period of not less than three (3)
years prior to this date,been completely contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins;
and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to initiate annexation proceedings in accordance with State
law.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That,the Council of the City of Fort Collins intends to annex the following
described property,to be known as the Fort Collins Business Center 2nd Annexation, situate in the
County of Larimer, State of Colorado,to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND SITUATE IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7,TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH,
RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. COUNTY OF LARIMER STATE OF COLORADO, WHICH
CONSIDERING THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 7 AS BEARING

S02°04'03"W AND WITH ALL BEARINGS CONTAINED HEREIN RELATIVE THERETO IS CONTAINED
WITHIN THE BOUNDARY LINES WHICH BEGIN AT A POINT WHICH BEARS S02^04'03"W 80.00 FEET
AND AGAIN S89°36'37"E 353.00 FEET FROM THE NW CORNER OF SAID SECTION 7, SAID POINT
BEING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING AND ALSO A POINT ON THE NORTHEAST CONSOLIDATED
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,THENCE ALONG SAID ANNEXATION S02,0410311W
1250.83 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST VINE DRIVE 6TH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, THENCE ALONG SAID ANNEXATION N89,3612711W 17.15 FEET, TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.4920 ACRES.
Section 2. That the Council hereby initiates annexation proceedings for the above-
described property.
Section 3. That the Notice attached hereto be adopted as part of this Resolution. Said
Notice establishes the date, time and place when the Council will consider the passage of an
annexation ordinance pertaining to the above described property. The City Clerk is directed to
publish a copy of this Resolution and said Notice as provided in Section 31-12-108(2), C.R.S.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this
20th day of January, A.D. 1998.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has adopted a
Resolution initiating annexation proceedings for the Fort Collins Business Center 2nd Annexation,
said Annexation being more particularly described in said Resolution,a copy of which precedes this
Notice.
That, on March 3, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on
for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado,
the Fort Collins City Council will consider the passage of an annexation ordinance concerning the
subject property.
The City of Fort Collins will make reasonable accommodations for access to City services,
programs and activities and will make special communication arrangements for persons with
