OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING A NEW CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE NORTHERN COLORADO COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION
dba FUNDING PARTNERS FOR HOUSING SOLUTIONS
WHEREAS,the Northern Colorado Community Housing Corporation,dba Funding Partners
for Housing Solutions("Funding Partners"), is a Colorado non-profit corporation organized for the
purpose of promoting and developing affordable housing in the Fort Collins and Loveland areas;and
WHEREAS,according to the bylaws of Funding Partners,as amended,the Board of Trustees
of Funding Partners includes a person selected by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins,which
person is to serve a one-year term; and
WHEREAS, on May 20, 1997, Mayor Pro Tern Will Smith was appointed to serve as the
City representative on the Board of Trustees,replacing Councilmember Gina Janett whose term on
the City Council expired in April, 1997; and
WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to appoint Councilmember Chuck Wanner to replace
Mayor Pro Tern Smith as the City's representative to said Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Chuck Wanner is hereby appointed by the City Council to serve as the Council's
appointee to the Board of Trustees of the Northern Colorado Community Housing Corporation, dba
Funding Partners for Housing Solutions,until May 20, 1999 or such earlier date as the City Council
may appoint a different representative to said Board.
