OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE DETERMINATION OF A SITE FOR
A NEW SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER
WHEREAS, the voters have approved the construction of a new Senior Citizen
Center; and
WHEREAS, the initial community input into the needs analysis process to
determine the design of the new center has been completed; and
WHEREAS, some of these prioritized needs may change as new information is
received and financial feasibility is further defined; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that this project continue on its
intended schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the Council has reviewed the needs analysis process for the new Senior
Citizen Center and directs staff to complete an analysis of the compatibility
and feasibility of locating a swimming facility in conjunction with the Senior
Citizen Center and to thereafter receive Council direction and proceed with site
selection.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 19th day of March, 1991 .
