OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING EXHIBIT "A" TO RESOLUTION 87-101 REGARDING
THE DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN
OAKRIDGE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 91
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1987, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted Resolution 87-101; and
WHEREAS, Section 4 of Resolution 87-101 refers to "the nature and
location" of improvements to be made in OakRidge Special Improvement
District No. 91 as set forth in an Exhibit "A" ; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" was amended by Resolution 88-21 on February 2,
1988, so as to include a description of the nature of the improvements,
which description had previously been omitted; and
WHEREAS, the description of the improvements presently contained in
Exhibit "A" fails to include a portion of the actual improvements to be
constructed, namely, that portion of Innovation Drive to be constructed
from McMurray Avenue to OakRidge Drive, together with related utilities and
facilities; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said Exhibit "A" to more accurately
describe the nature of the improvements to be constructed in SID No. 91 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Resolution 87-101 be, and it hereby is, amended by replacing
the existing Exhibit "A" attached thereto and incorporated therein with a
second amended Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which
new Exhibit more accurately describes the nature of the improvements to be
constructed in OakRidge Special Improvement District No. 91 .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of

NATURE AND LOCATION OF DISTRICT IMPROVEMENTS
DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
OAKRIDGE SID #91
The OakRidge Special Improvement will consist of the following roadway and
utility improvements:
1 . Keenland Drive - to be constructed from Wheaton Avenue to the
Union Pacific Railroad, improvements include water, sewer, stormwater and
electrical utilities, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, road base and asphalt
pavement, and landscaping.
2. McMurray Avenue - to be constructed from Harmony Road to Keenland
Drive, improvements include, water, sewer, stormwater and electrical
utilities, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, road base and asphalt pavement,
and landscaping.
3. OakRidge Drive - to be constructed from Wheaton Avenue to
Innovation Drive, improvements include water, sewer, stormwater and
electrical utilities, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, road base and asphalt
pavement, and landscaping.
4. Innovation Drive - to be constructed from McMurray Drive to
OakRidge Drive, improvements including water, sewer, stormwater and
electrical utilities, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, road base and asphalt
pavement, and landscaping.
5. OakRidge Master Detention System includes the excavation of a
large detention area north of Keenland Drive and east of McMurray Avenue,
the installation of a 72" bore beneath the Union Pacific Railroad, and
channel widening excavations and drainage structures along the drainageway
between the Union Pacific Railroad tracks and County Road #36.
6. Sewer Main Extension - approximately 2000 linear feet of sewer
main will be installed northward from Keenland Drive along the Union
Pacific Railroad right of way to service the properties near the tracks
east of McMurray Avenue.
LOCATION OF DISTRICT IMPROVEMENTS
A tract of land situate in Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of
the Sixth P.M. , Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, which considering
the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 6 as bearing S 89° 37'
23" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained
within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the South right-of-way
line of Colorado Highway No. 68 which bears S 00° 21' 27" E 28.01 feet from
the North 1/4 corner of said Section 6 and run thence along the said South
right-of-way line of Colorado Highway No. 68, S 89' 40' 53" E 655.70 feet,
and again S 88° 41'08" E 115.00 feet, and again S 87° 10' 53" E 493.30
feet, and again S 840 31' 53" E 29.70 feet, and again S 81° 09' 23" E 93.76
feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of the Union Pacific
Railroad; thence along the said West right-of-way line of the Union Pacific
Railroad, along the arc of a 3744.83 foot radius curve to the right, a
distance of 326.76 feet, the long chord of which bears S 12' 00' 34" W
326.66 feet, and again along said West right-of-way, S 14' 30' 38" W 947. 10
feet, and again N 890 48' 22" W 25.81 feet, and again S 14° 30' 38" W
2147.22 feet; thence along the arc of a 830.00 foot radius curve to the
right, a distance of 234.51 feet, the long chord of which bears N 67° 17'
39" W 233.73 feet, thence N 59° 12' W 600.00 feet, thence along the arc of
a 762.00 foot radius curve to the left, a distance of 418.93 feet, the long
chord of which bears N 74° 57' W 413.68 feet; thence S 89° 18' W 200.00
feet; thence along the arc of a 1142.00 foot radius curve to the left, a
distance of 597.95 feet, the long chord of which bears S 74' 18' W 591 . 14
feet; thence S 59° 18' W 200.00 feet; thence N 30° 42' W 68.00 feet; thence
along the arc of a 15.00 foot radius curve to the right, a distance of
