OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
STORM DRAINAGE BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Storm Drainage Board due to
the expiration of Rex Burns' term; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill said
vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person be, and hereby is, appointed as a
member of the Storm Drainage Board with a term to expire as set forth
below:

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City ouncil held this
