OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CITIZENS STEERING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, at its October 4, 1988 meeting, the City Council established,
by Resolution 88-154, a methodology for making appointments to the
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizens Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution establishes a thirteen (13) member Citizens
Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS , said Resolution provides for six (6) neighborhood
representatives to be selected by neighborhood residents, and seven (7)
members to be appointed by the City Council ; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make appointments to the CDBG Citizens
Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the initial appointments will be staggered to
achieve overlapping tenure, with subsequent appointments being made for
terms of four years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as
members of the Community Development Block Grant Citizens Steering
Committee with terms to expire as set forth after each name:

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of December, A.D. 1988.
