OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
SETTING THE DATE OF THE PUBLIC HEARINGS
ON THE 1991 PROPOSED CITY OF FORT COLLINS BUDGET
AND THE ALLOCATION OF HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND MONEYS
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for 1991 has been submitted to the
Council by the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 3 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins requires that, within ten (10) days of the date of the submission
of the annual budget estimates by the City Manager, the Council shall set a
time certain for public hearing on the budget; and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing on the proposed budget, the Council is
also required by Section 29-1-110(3) , C.R.S. , to discuss the proposed use
of the City's highway users tax fund allocation for the current year and
for the fiscal year governed by the proposed budget; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to set a hearing date to receive public
input on the proposed 1991 budget and to discuss the proposed use of the
City's allocation of highway users tax fund moneys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the public hearings will be conducted by the City
Council at the City Council Chambers, City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue,
on September 18, 1990, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter
may come on for hearing, to receive public input on the proposed 1991 City
of Fort Collins budget and the allocation of Highway Users Tax Fund moneys.
Section 2. That the notice attached hereto is hereby ordered to be
published by the City Clerk in a newspaper of general circulation so as to
give timely notice of the public hearings.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 4th day of September, A.D. 1990.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
ON THE PROPOSED 1991 CITY OF FORT
COLLINS BUDGET AND ALLOCATION OF
HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND MONEYS
Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held in the
Council Chambers in City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue, in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, on Tuesday, the 18th day of September, 1990, at the hour
of 6:30 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing,
to receive public input on the proposed 1991 City of Fort Collins budget
and the allocation of Highway Users Tax Fund moneys for the current year
and for the upcoming fiscal year. Said hearings are generally accessible
to handicapped persons.
The proposed budget and proposed Highway Users Tax Fund allocations
are on file and are available for public inspection at the Office of the
City Clerk at City Hall , 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado.

of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado this 4th day of September, A. D.
