OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
CITIZENS STEERING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Resolution 88-154 established a methodology for making
appointments to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizens
Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution established a thirteen (13) member Citizens
Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS , said Resolution provided for six (6) neighborhood
representatives to selected by neighborhood residents, and seven (7)
members to be appointed by the City Council ; and
WHEREAS, two of the members appointed by the City Council , Peg Sergent
and Diane (Risheill ) Campbell , have resigned from the Committee; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as
members of the Community Development Block Grant Citizens Steering
Committee with terms to expire as set forth after each name:

Carl McWilliams July 1, 1992
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
6th day of February, A.D. 1990.
