OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning and Zoning Board
due to the resignation of Rex Burns, who is no longer eligible to serve as
a member of the Board because he no longer lives within the Fort Collins
Urban Growth Area; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that following named person be, and hereby is, appointed as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Board with a term to expire as set forth
below:

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
