OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING W. PAUL ECKMAN AS
ACTING CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, John H. Huisjen has announced his resignation from the
position of City Attorney effective June 1, 1988; and
WHEREAS, a new City Attorney has not yet been selected to assume the
responsibilities of the position of City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, City Council deems it necessary to have an Acting City
Attorney in the interim period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that W. Paul Eckman be, and hereby is, appointed as Acting City
Attorney for the City of Fort Collins effective June 1, 1988, to serve
until the effective date of appointment of a City Attorney.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
17th day of May, A.D. 1988.
