OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT
WITH THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 25 UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Fort Collins accepts units of
Colorado Big Thompson (CBT) water of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District (NCWCD) to satisfy the City's raw water requirements; and
WHEREAS, the developer of the Hampshire Pond PUD has requested that the
City accept twenty-five (25) units of CBT water in partial satisfaction of its
raw water requirement; and
WHEREAS, such conveyance can be accomplished through the issuance of a
Temporary Use Permit by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to file a Temporary Use
Permit application with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for the
use of twenty-five (25) units of CBT water by the City.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 15th day of February, A.D. 1994.
