OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENAMING LAME BEAVER COURT, LOCATED IN QUAIL HOLLOW
SUBDIVISION, FIFTH FILING, TO BEAVER COURT
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to
rename Lame Beaver Court, located in Quail Hollow Subdivision, Fifth Filing, to
Beaver Court; and
WHEREAS, the street name of Lame Beaver Court has been platted and recorded
with the Clerk of Larimer County as a part of the Quail Hollow Subdivision, Fifth
Filing; and
WHEREAS, City agencies and utility companies have been contacted and report
no problem with the proposed change; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has duly followed City procedure as outlined under
Street Name Changes of the Department of Community Planning and Environmental
Services document entitled "City of Fort Collins Development Manual " ; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will in
no way be prejudiced or injured by the renaming of this street; and
WHEREAS, the cost of making the new signs for the street will be charged
to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Lame Beaver Court, located in Quail Hollow Subdivision, Fifth Filing, be
renamed Beaver Court.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 18th day of February, A.D. 1992.
