OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE CITY
TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins is a Director of the Board
of the Platte River Power Authority; and
WHEREAS, on October 18, 1988, the Council appointed Richard Shannon as the
City's representative to said Board for a four year term to expire on December
31 , 1992, to serve in addition to the Mayor or the Mayor's appointed
representative; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council desire to reappoint Richard Shannon to the
Board of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority to serve as the City' s
representative, in addition to the Mayor or the Mayor's appointed representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Richard Shannon be, and hereby is, designated to serve a term on the Board
of Directors of the Platte River Power Authority, said term to expire on December
31, 1996.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 15th
day of December, A.D. 1992.
