OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REPEALING RESOLUTION 87-82 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND APPROVING THE 1987-88
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1987, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted Resolution 87-82 establishing the individual programs and projects
to be funded with Community Development Block Grant funds for the FY
1987-88 Program Year beginning October 1, 1987; and
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1987, Council directed the CDBG Steering Committee
to provide a recommendation on the allocation of 15% of $50,000 ($7,500) of
anticipated program income in the Public Services category.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution 87-82 adopted on June 2, 1987 is repealed
in its entirety.
Section 2. That the administration is authorized to submit the
1987-88 Community Development Block Grant application as follows:
