OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MODIFYING THE AGREEMENT WITH BUCAIN CORPORATION
REGARDING FEES CHARGED TO THE PUBLIC AT
SOUTHRIDGE GREENS GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, Bucain Corporation and the City of Fort Collins entered into
an Agreement dated August 6, 1985, wherein the Bucain Corporation became
the operator of the City-owned SouthRidge Greens Public Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, according to the Agreement between the City and the Bucain
Corporation, the amount of daily fees at the SouthRidge Greens Golf Course
are to be within fifteen percent (15%) of the daily fee rate of the City's
Collindale Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Bucain Corporation have determined that it
is desirable to increase green fees on holidays and week ends to a rate
exceeding fifteen percent (15%) greater than the rates at the City's
Collindale Golf Course in order to obtain sufficient daily revenue and to
also adjust the tee times to ten-minute intervals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with
Bucain Corporation to modify the terms of the Agreement entered into
between the City and the Bucain Corporation on August 6, 1985, to establish
green fees for holidays and weekends at a rate of $8.00 for nine holes and
$13.50 for eighteen holes.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 19th day of May, A.D. 1987. _
