OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ALLER-LINGLE
ARCHITECTS TO PROVIDE FINAL AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE
ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CITY
PARK NINE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE RENOVATION
AND MAINTENANCE/GOLF CAR STORAGE BUILDING PROJECTS
WHEREAS, in February of 1987 the City issued a Request for Proposals
for the final and construction phase architectural and engineering services
for the City Park Nine Golf Course Clubhouse Renovation and
Maintenance/Golf Car Storage Building Projects; and
WHEREAS, the selection committee interviewed three of the 19 firms who
submitted proposals and selected Aller-Lingle Architects of Fort Collins as
the most qualified firm; and
WHEREAS, total cost for the final and construction phase architectural
and engineering services for the projects are not to exceed THIRTY-ONE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($31,000) ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-66 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins, no professional services agreement in excess of TWENTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($20,000) shall be entered into until approved by the City Council
in an open Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, monies have been appropriated from Golf Fund Surcharge prior
year reserves and are available for this agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into a
professional services agreement with Aller-Lingle Architects for final and
construction phase architectural and engineering services for the City Park
Nine Golf Course Clubhouse Renovation and Maintenance/Golf Car Storage
Building projects at a cost not to exceed THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($31,000) .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
5th day of May, A.D. 1987.
