OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY TO
SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PLATTE
RIVER POWER AUTHORITY IN LIEU OF THE MAYOR
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Fort Collins serves as a Director of
the Board of the Platte River Power Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has elected not to serve on said Board of Directors
but instead wishes to appoint another member of the Council to such Board
of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council desire to appoint Councilmember
G. C. "Chuck" Mabry to fill said vacancy on the Board of Directors of the
Platte River Power Authority to serve in lieu of the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Councilmember G. C. "Chuck" Mabry be, and hereby is,
designated to serve on the Board of Directors of the Platte River Power
Authority as the Mayor's representative.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of April , 1987.

OF PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY
I, Larry Estrada, hereby certify that I am the duly elected and
qualified Mayor of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado ("Fort Collins") and
that the City Council of Fort Collins has appointed Richard Shannon to
serve as the Appointed Director from Fort Collins on the Board of Directors
of Platte River Power Authority ("Platte River") , which appointment is in
full force and effect on the date hereof.*
I do further certify that as Mayor of Fort Collins, I have elected not
to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Platte River and have
designated Councilmember G. C. "Chuck" Mabry to serve as the Director of
Platte River for Fort Collins, who is also a member of the Fort Collins
City Council .**
