OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
FORT COLLINS URBAN GROWTH AREA REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Larimer County
Commissioners and the Fort Collins City Council established a Fort Collins
Urban Growth Area Review Board (the "Board") ; and
WHEREAS, the Board is to act as the single recommending body to the
Larimer County Board of County Commissioners concerning development
applications for properties located within the unincorporated portion of
the Urban Growth Area and ineligible for voluntary annexation into the
City; and
WHEREAS, the Board will consist of two members appointed by the Fort
Collins City Council , two members appointed by the Larimer County
Commissioners, and three members appointed by mutual agreement of the
County Commissioners and the City Council ; and
WHEREAS, the Larimer County Commissioners have appointed Brien Buell
and Steve Johnson to fill the two County-appointed positions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to make appointments to fill the two
Council -appointed positions and the three mutually agreed upon positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following named individuals be, and they hereby
are, appointed to represent the City of Fort Collins on the Fort Collins
Urban Growth Area Review Board, with terms to expire as set forth after
each name:

Sanford Kern July 1, 1990
Ed Stoner July 1, 1991
Section 2. That the Fort Collins City Council hereby appoints the
following named individuals as members of the Fort Collins Urban Growth
Area Review Board to fill the positions designated for appointment by
mutual agreement of the City Council and the Larimer County Commissioners,
with terms to expire as set forth after each name:

Betty Cummings December 31 , 1992
Raloh E. Waldo December 31 , 1992
Donald L. Crews December 31, 1992
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City ncil held this
1st day of November, A.D. 1988.
