OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT FOR
FIREWALL FORWARD AT THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the Cities of Fort Collins and Loveland own property known as
the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport; and
WHEREAS, Firewall Forward, Inc. , a Colorado corporation, is seeking
the approval from the Cities of Loveland and Fort Collins of a lease of
property for occupancy by Firewall Forward , Inc . at the Fort
Collins-Loveland Airport; and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport Authority has reviewed the
terms of the proposed lease and has recommended approval of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . The City of Fort Collins approves the terms of the lease
between the Cities of Fort Collins and Loveland , also the Fort
Collins-Loveland Airport Authority and Firewall Forward, Inc. , as tenant
for the lease to the tenant of Lot 5, Corporate P.U.D. , at the Fort
Collins-Loveland Airport, upon the terms and conditions set out in an
Airport Property Ground Lease.
Section 2. The Mayor, on behalf of the City, is authorized to enter
into said Airport Property Ground Lease together with the City of Loveland
and the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport Authority as landlords and Firewall
Forward, Inc. , for a lease term of twenty-five (25) years commencing March
1, 1987 in receipt of payments of Fifty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and
Twenty-Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($59,822.50) .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 17th day of March, A.D. 1987.
