OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 1, 111 UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City obtains units of water of the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in satisfaction of the City
raw water requirements; and
WHEREAS, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. wishes to convey to the City one
thousand, one hundred and eleven (1, 111) units of Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District water in partial satisfaction of their raw water
requirements for water service from the City; and WHEREAS, such conveyance
can be accomplished through the issuance of a Temporary Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a Temporary Use Permit granted by the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District for one thousand, one hundred and eleven (1, 111) units
of CBT water for the use of the City be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 17th day of March, A.D. 14$7.
