OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REGARDING
FORT RAM VILLAGE, FIRST FILING, FINAL PUD AMENDED (#69-84E)
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1987, the Planning and Zoning Board reviewed
and approved a request to amend the Fort Ram Village, First Filing, Final
PUD, to authorize the increase of the number of unrelated persons who may
reside in individual dwelling units from three (3) to four (4) ; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1987, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
did hear the appeal of Donna L. Fairbank with respect to the aforementioned
Planning and Zoning Board decision, and after receiving and considering all
of the evidence in the matter, including the record of the Planning and
Zoning Board, does hereby find and determine that the Planning and Zoning
Board acted properly in the premises and that the Board did not, in its
deliberations, commit the errors alleged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the decision of the Planning and Zoning Board regarding Fort
Ram Village, First Filing, Final PUD Amended (#69-84E) , be and hereby is
upheld upon the addition of the following condition:
that any four (4) bedroom unit shall not be occupied by more than
four (4) persons, unless all occupants of such unit are related
by blood, marriage, guardianship, or adoption.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of December, A.D. 1987.
