OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Zoning Board of Appeals
because of resignations from the board membership or the expiration of the
terms of members of the board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make appointments to fill the
vacancies which exist on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed
as members of the Zoning Board of Appeals with terms to expire as set forth
after their names:

Chuck Huddleson (Alt. ) July 1, 1990
Paul Nelson July 1, 1991
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
