HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-034-02/17/1987- RESOLUTION 87-34 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RENEWING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT WITH THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT FOR 324 ACRE-FOOT UNITS OF CBT WATER WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins routinely transfers units of CBT water to the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District ("NCWCD") in satisfaction of the City's raw water requirements; and WHEREAS, NCWCD requires that a Temporary Use Permit be approved by the City Council whenever units are transferred; and WHEREAS, the Temporary Use Permit for three hundred and twenty-four (324) acre-foot units has expired and needs to be renewed; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue the transfer arrangement for the above-mentioned three hundred and twenty-four (324) acre-foot units of CBT water to NCWCD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to renew the Temporary Use Permit with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for three hundred and twenty-four (324) acre-foot units of CBT water. Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this 17th day of February, A.D. 1987. Mayor ATTEST: City Clerk ��
