OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 90-150 WHICH
ESTABLISHED AND REVISED 1991 FEES TO BE CHARGED
AT SOUTHRIDGE, CITY PARK NINE, AND COLLINDALE GOLF COURSES
BY REVISING GOLF CAR RENTAL FEES AT SOUTHRIDGE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Resolution
90-150 be amended to revise Golf Car Rental Fees to be charged at SouthRidge Golf
Course effective January 1, 1991 , as follows:

1991 FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE
Golf Car Rental Fees
City-owned Golf Cars (including sales tax) at SouthRidge, City Park Nine, and
Collindale Golf Courses:
Golf Cars Sales Tax Total
9-Holes Regular $ 8.51 + .49 = $ 9.00
18-Holes Regular $14.18 + .82 = $15.00
9-Holes Senior/Discounted $ 5.67 + .33 = $ 6.00
18-Holes Senior/Discounted $ 9.46 + .54 = $10.00
Notes:
1 . Senior Citizens, age 62 and over, will receive a special discount rate during
"non-peak" hours only, as posted.
2. Administrative golf staff may provide discounted fees for appropriate proven
special circumstances, such as physical/medical handicap or limitation, etc. ,
generally associated with low income, if such action is warranted.
3. If the sales tax rate changes during the year, the total fee charged at
SouthRidge, City Park Nine, and Collindale will remain the same and the
additional (or reduced) sales tax will be paid out of the fee.
Privately-owned Golf Cars (used, not stored, all courses)*:
Season $175
Daily $ 9
* A signed consent form and proof of insurance will also be required.
All fees and charges will take effect January 1, 1991, and those customers
purchasing these 1991 services prior to that date will pay the 1991 rates.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 20th
day of November, A.D. 1990.
