OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING THE STANDARD CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS FOR
SEWER MAINS
WHEREAS, Section 26-212(b) of the Code of the City authorizes the Director
of the Wastewater Utility (Director) to specify standards for installation of
wastewater lines; and
WHEREAS, the Director has proposed certain revisions to said standards for
installation of wastewater lines; and
WHEREAS, Section 26-212(b) of the Code of the City provides that such
standards shall be effective upon approval of the same by the City Council ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve and adopt said proposed
revised standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the standards entitled "Standard Construction Specifications for Sewer
Mains, June, 1990, " as proposed and promulgated by the Director, be, and the same
hereby are, approved and adopted, and all sewer main improvements designed and
constructed hereafter shall be in accordance with said standards.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 6th day of November, A.D. 1990.
