OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMITS WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 693 UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City obtains units of water of the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (CBT water) to satisfy the
City's water requirements; and
WHEREAS, Platte River Power Authority has offered to convey to the
City six hundred ninety-three (693) units of CBT water; and
WHEREAS, such conveyance can be accomplished through the issuance of a
Temporary Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a Temporary Use Permit granted by the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District for six hundred ninety-three (693) units of CBT water
for the use of the City be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of May, A.D. 1990.
