OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ASSIGNING A COUNCILMEMBER AS LIAISON TO
THE COMMUNITY AIR QUALITY TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints Councilmembers to serve as liaisons to
the City's boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution 91-66 on April 16, 1991, which in
part appointed Councilmembers as liaisons to the boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 91-66 appointed Councilmember Bob Winokur as the
liaison to the Community Air Quality Task Force; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Winokur has requested that the Council select a new
Councilmember to assume the liaison responsibilities for the Community Air
Quality Task Force; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 91-100, adopted by the Council on July 2, 1991,
established a policy for the appointment of Council liaisons to the City's
boards and commissions, which provides that the Council may make such interim
appointments as it deems necessary or advisable in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the following named Councilmember be, and hereby is, appointed to serve
as the Council liaison to the Community Air Quality Task Force:
Gerry Horak
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 16th
day of July, A.D. 1991 .
