OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
URBAN GROWTH AREA REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Larimer County
Commissioners (the "Commissioners") and the Fort Collins City Council (the
"Council ") established a Fort Collins Urban Growth Area Review Board (the
"Board") ; and
WHEREAS, the Board is to act as the single recommending body to the
Commissioners concerning development applications for properties located within
the unincorporated portion of the Urban Growth Area and ineligible for voluntary
annexation into the City; and
WHEREAS, the Board consists of two members appointed by the Council , two
members appointed by the Commissioners, and three members appointed by mutual
agreement of the Council and the Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, Donald Crews, who was jointly appointed by the Council and
Commissioners for a term to expire December 31 , 1991 has expressed a desire to
be reappointed for another term; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners, at its December 4, 1991 meeting, voted to
reappoint Donald Crews for another term; and
WHEREAS, the Council agrees to reappoint Donald Crews for another term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Donald Crews be reappointed as a member of the Fort Collins Urban Growth
Area Review Board, filling a position designated for appointment by mutual
agreement of the City Council and the Larimer County Commissioners, with a term
to expire on December 31, 1995.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 17th
day of December, A.D. 1991 .
