OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BONDI & CO. TO INCLUDE THE 1994 AUDIT
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 17 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
requires the City Council to provide for an annual audit of the books and
accounts of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement dated November 2, 1993, (the
"Agreement") with Bondi & Co. allows the City, at its sole option, to renew the
Agreement for the 1994 audit; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is renewable for a fee of $42,000; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it in the best interest of the City to renew the
Agreement for the 1994 audit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
that the renewal of the Professional Services Agreement with Bondi & Co. for the
1994 audit is hereby approved, and the Purchasing Director is hereby directed to
sign a renewal agreement consistent with this Resolution.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the Cit of Fort
Collins held this 1st day of November, 1994.
