OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PRICE WATERHOUSE TO INCLUDE THE 1992 AUDIT
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 17 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, requires the City Council to provide for an annual audit of the books
and accounts of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement dated October 28, 1988, with
Price Waterhouse allows the City, at its sole option, to renew the Agreement on
an annual basis through the 1992 audit; and
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement dated October 28, 1988, is
renewable for the 1992 audit for a fee of $40,700; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it is in the best interest of the City to renew
the Agreement for the 1992 audit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
that the renewal of the Professional Services Agreement with Price Waterhouse is
hereby approved, and the Purchasing Agent is hereby directed to sign the renewal
agreement in accordance with said Agreement.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 2nd day of June, 1992.
