OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE TRANSPORTATION BOARD
WHEREAS, on August I, 1995, Council adopted on first reading Ordinance No. 109, 1995,
increasing the membership of the Transportation Board (the "Board") from nine (9) members to
eleven (11) members; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill the two (2) additional positions on the Board as quickly
as possible to accommodate the needs of the Board.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE PP RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed as members of the
Transportation Board, with terms to begin August 25, 1995 and to expire as set forth after each
name:
