MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE TRANSPORTATION BOARD
WHEREAS, a vaz;-aniy currently exists on the Transportation Board due to+the resignation

of David Lemesany; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person be, and hereby is, appointed as a member of the
Transportation Board with a term to expire as set forth below:
