OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 95-54 WITH REGARD TO APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ETHICS REVIEW BOARD AND THE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council has established a number of Council committees, as well as
an Ethics Review Board and makes appointments to the same; and
WHEREAS, at its May 2, 1995 meeting, Council adopted Resolution 95-54 which, in part,
appointed Councilmembers Alan Apt,Bob McCluskey,Will Smith, and Gina Janett(as an alternate)
to the Ethics Review Board; and
WHEREAS, with adoption of Resolution 95-54, Council also appointed Mayor Ann Azari _
and Councilmembers Gina Janett and Will Smith to the Governance Committee; and
WHEREAS, said appointments to the Ethics Review Board and the Governance Committee
are effective until such time as Council may reconsider such appointments; and
WHEREAS, Council recently expressed a desire to have the same Councilmembers serve
on both the Ethics Review Board and the Governance Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. That Resolution 95-54 is hereby amended to change the appointments to the
Ethics Review Board and the Governance Committee, so that the following Councilmembers are
appointed to serve on said Board and Committee until such time as Council may reconsider such
appointments:
Azari
Lanett
Smith
Section 2. That the following named Councilmember be, and hereby is, appointed to serve
as an alternate member of the Ethics Review Board:
McCluskey
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the Cit of Fort Collins
6th day of June, A.D. 1995.
