OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE 1995-96 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
administration is authorized to submit the 1995-96 Community Development Block Grant
application as follows:

* If Congress fails to pass the proposed 6% Rescission of CDBG funds, an additional $80,000
would become available to the City, and if available, shall be allocated by the City to the
CARE proposal.
