OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING AND REVISING RENTAL FEES TO BE CHARGED
FOR PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 23-114 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, the City
Council is authorized to lease interests in real property owned in the name of the City, provided
Council first finds, by resolution, that the lease is in the best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS,the following rate schedule for the lease of park and recreation facilities will generate
revenue to help offset the cost of owning and operating the facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council finds that the lease of the parks and recreation facilities, on the
terms and conditions described in Section 2 below, is in the best interest of the City and hereby
authorizes the lease of these facilities.
Section 2. That the following rate schedule shall be in effect for the lease of the park and
recreation facilities, commencing January 1, 1996:

SWIMMING POOLS—Mulberry Pool,EPIC, City Park Pool:

25-yd/25-meter 6.50/lane hr
50-meter(EPIC) 9.00/lane hr
Other Pool Areas 30.00/hr/section up to 900.00/day

Commercial Rate: Negotiated rate +direct costs
