AUTHORIZING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN
ELECTRIC UTILITY INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLAN
WHEREAS, by Resolution 93-150, the City Council of Fort Collins has adopted
the Integrated Resource Planning Standard; and
WHEREAS, Section 112(c) of the amended Public Utility Regulatory Policy Act
prescribes that the City ,Council decide whether to implement integrated resource
planning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that, having adopted the Integrated Resource Planning Standard, the
Council hereby directs the City Manager and staff to develop and implement an
Integrated Resource Plan.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 19th day of October, A.D. 1993.
