MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
RETIREMENT COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mollie Mercer has submitted a letter of resignation from the
Retirement Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Mercer's resignation is effective March 31, 1993 upon her
retirement from the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to select an individual to fill Ms. Mercer's term
on the Retirement Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the following named person be, and hereby is, appointed as a member of the
Retirement Committee, effective April 1, 1993, with a term to expire as set
forth below:
