OF THE COUNCIL OFJHE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE PARTICIPATION OF MAYOR
ANN AZARI AS AN EX OFFICIO MEMBER
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF FORT COLLINS, INC.
WHEREAS, Fort Collins, Inc. addresses issues of immediate and long term
concerns of city officials and Fort Collins citizens; and
WHEREAS, the bylaws of Fort Collins, Inc. provide that the Mayor of the
City of Fort Collins may serve in a capacity as an ex officio member of the Board
of Directors of Fort Collins, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to formally ratify
the participation of Mayor Ann Azari as an ex officio member of the Board of
Directors of Fort Collins, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the City Council hereby formally approves and ratifies the participation of
Mayor Ann Azari as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors of Fort
Collins, Inc.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 20th day of April , A.D. 1993.
