OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
SETTING THE DATES OF THE PUBLIC HEARINGS
ON THE 1994 PROPOSED CITY OF FORT COLLINS BUDGET
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for 1994 had been submitted to the Council by
the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 3 of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
repuires that, within ten (10) days of the date of the submission of the annual
budget estimates by the City Manager, the Council shall set a time certain for
public hearings on the budget; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to set hearing dates to receive public input
on the proposed 1994 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
Section 1. That public hearings will be conducted by the City Council at
the City Council Chambers, City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue, on September 21,
1993, and October 5, 1993, at 6:30 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter may
come on for hearing, to receive public input on the proposed 1994 City of Fort
Collins budget.
Section 2. That the notice attached hereto is hereby ordered to be
published by the City Clerk in a newspaper of general circulation so as to give
timely notice of the public hearings.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins held this 7th day of September, A.D. , 1993.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
ON THE PROPOSED 1994 CITY OF FORT COLLINS BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held in the Council
Chambers in City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Tuesday, the 21st day of September, 1993, and Tuesday, the 5th day
of October, 1993, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter
may come on for hearing, to receive public input on the proposed 1994 City of
Fort Collins budget. Said hearings are generally accessible to persons with
disabilities.
The proposed budget is on file and available for public inspection at the
Office of the City Clerk at City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado.
