OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING REVISIONS TO THE MASTER STREET PLAN
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1996, the City Council revised the Master Street Plan; and
WHEREAS, the revisions to the Master Street Plan were intended to reflect the travel
behavior determined to result though the year 2015 from the basic urban form set forth in the City
Structure Plan, adopted by the City Council pursuant to Resolution 96-79 on July 2, 1996; and
WHEREAS,since August 20, 1976,City staff determined that several minor revisions should
be made to the Master Street Plan which reflect current "as built" conditions and extend several
streets to the Urban Growth Area Boundary; and
WHEREAS,the Transportation Board and Planning and Zoning Board have reviewed and
considered the proposed revised Master Street Plan and recommended the adoption of the revised
Master Street Plan as a component of the City's Comprehensive Plan and the Transportation Master
Plan.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the revised Master Street Plan,dated September 16, 1997,incorporated herein by this
reference and on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted by the City Council and
approved as an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan and the Transportation Master Plan.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collies-held this
16th day of September,A.D. 1997. "
