OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Zoning Board of Appeals due to the
resignation of Michael Felner; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Tom Sibbald be, and hereby is, appointed as a member of the Zoning Board of
Appeals with a term to begin immediately and to expire June 30, 1999.
