OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING KATHLEEN M. ALLIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND KATHLEEN M. ALLIN
WHEREAS, Article VII of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins
requires that the City Council appoint a Municipal Judge for a two-year
term; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Judge John J. Tobin has resigned from the position
of Municipal Judge for the City of Fort Collins, effective June 30, 1989;
and
WHEREAS, upon completion of the interview process, City Council
selected Kathleen M. Allin to assume the duties of Municipal Judge
effective July 1 , 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City and Kathleen M. Allin have agreed to enter into an
Employment Agreement specifying the terms and conditions of employment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That Kathleen M. Allin be, and she hereby is, appointed
Municipal Judge for the City of Fort Collins for a two-year term commencing
July 1, 1989 and ending June 30, 1991.
Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an Employment Agreement between the City and Kathleen M. Allin upon
the terms and conditions as set out in said Employment Agreement.
Passed and adopted at a special meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 14th day of March, A.D. 9.
