OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENAMING WILD ROSE COURT TO ROSE COURT
WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to rename Wild Rose
Court in the Wild Wood Farm P.U.D. Third Filing to Rose Court; and
WHEREAS, City agencies, the U.S. Postal Service and utility companies have been
contacted regarding the proposed name change and have reported no objections to the proposed
change; and
WHEREAS,the applicant has duly followed City procedure as outlined under Street Name
Changes of the Department of Community Planning and Environmental Services document entitled
"City of Fort Collins Development Manual"; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will in no way be
prejudiced or injured by the renaming of this street; and
WHEREAS, any cost to be incurred in making the new signs for the street will be charged
to the applicant.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS,that"Wild Rose Court'located in the Wild Wood Farm P.U.D.Third Filing,be renamed
"Rose Court."
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council this 20th day of February,
